MoVarsity is PrimeTech's AI-augmented corporate training platform. It combines live cohort sessions with AI tutor support, spaced-review drills, and real-work artefact submissions — all measured against competency rubrics agreed with leadership in week one.

We designed, built, and deployed the platform over a 14-week engagement, then rolled it into cohorts at Guinness, Zenith Bank, Cadbury, and Flour Mills within the first six months.

Problem

Mid-sized African enterprises were stuck between two bad options: cookie-cutter SaaS platforms that ignored local context, or bespoke builds that took 18+ months and never shipped. L&D leaders couldn't show leadership measurable competency lift.

Approach

We started with the learners and the managers who'd report on outcomes. Weekly interviews, paper prototyping, then a clickable prototype within sprint 1. Production Next.js + Node shipped to staging day one; we deployed a new build each Friday with all 3 initial client cohorts observing. AI tutor was integrated as Module 2, not a launch requirement.

Outcome

Deployed across 4 enterprise clients in the first year. 300+ professionals trained. 100% cohort completion rate on the first two runs. Now PrimeTech's flagship platform and the basis for MoVarsity as a standalone EdTech brand.
