Overview
MoVarsity is the eLMS PrimeTech designed and operates to deliver its corporate training and open enrolment programmes. It is a self-paced, certificate-bearing platform, built to work on low-bandwidth connections common across the continent. It hosts our most-requested tracks including AI Workplace Essential Skills, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, the Consummate Professional Program, the Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) prep, and Leadership Case Study Analysis, and serves as the delivery layer for our enterprise training engagements with multinationals like Guinness Nigeria, Cadbury, and Nigerian Breweries.
The challenge
Most learning platforms African L&D teams inherit are either built for North American university workflows or strip out the parts that actually drive completion. We wanted something that could host a cohort of frontline managers from a Lagos FMCG one week and a self-paced individual learner in Cairo the next, without forcing either group through a UX designed for somebody else.
What we built
A full LMS with a course catalogue, enrolment and payment flow in Naira, a learner dashboard with progress tracking, instructor-led and self-paced delivery modes, quiz and assessment engines, automated certificate generation on completion, and a blog and event hub for learner engagement. The platform is NDPA-compliant for Nigerian data residency, and integrates with PrimeTech's enterprise training programmes so corporate cohorts move through the same rails as individual learners.
